Q: Do I have to buy anything?
A: No, of course not! We obviously understand your concern about this because of all the stories you may hear. Our program is very simple: We offer some of the finest products and services available in our industry and, in many cases, directly from the factory. In fact, one primary product line, The Pro Health Ultra Nutritional Cooking System, is manufactured by New Era Inc., in Clarksville, TN, that has a history dating back to 1874. We simply want to share our story with you and your fiancé. We know that if we share our story with enough good people, we will help many families with our cookware. You will not be required or pressured to buy any of our products or services. If you like what we have, great, we would love to serve you, if not, that’s fine too. You will have a great time and whether you decide to join the Simplicity family or not, you will receive your gift package that is a great value you will truly enjoy.
Q: Why are you not in a store?
A: The products we represent are created with the highest quality materials, artisan like craftsmanship, and superb engineering that have industry leading warranties. The products we offer need to be demonstrated so the customer can truly get the most value from the product. How many of you have ever purchased a cell phone, computer, or another product where there were more features than you never used? Not that you did not like the features, you simply did not know about them...and you certainly didn't know how to use them! We feel it is our job to show why our products are different, how they can serve you and your family, and how you can get the full value of your investment. We believe the personalized attention we provide and the money we put into marketing is best spent with our potential customers and not with the mega ad agencies on 5th Avenue in New York.
Q: Are there any catches?
A: No, there are no catches. We offer these gifts for the chance to advertise our products & services to couples and families across North America. We do ask that you and your fiancé share some time with us at one of our Pink Apron Showcases, of course laugh at ALL of our jokes, and enjoy your time with us.
Q: How long do I have to use trip?
A: The vacation vouchers are designed to be valid for one year. However we realize that you may have several things going on, so we have a system to allow you up to two years to use the package with no cost except the postage to send you the package when you are ready for it and that’s only if you choose to not use it in the 1st year (THE REAL POSTAGE-No handling fees or surcharges whatsoever!).
Q: Do I have to be 21?
A: For the All Inclusive packages you do have to be 21 based on the fact that alcohol is served at no cost to the guests at these facilities. We do offer several other locations that do allow persons over 18 years of age to travel. Las Vegas is the one exception to this package where you must be 21. In addition, our hosts will work with you to help you still use the All Inclusive once you become 21 should you still want to take advantage of that offer.
Q: Can I be 18?
A: Yes, we do have packages and destinations for Guests 18 and older
Q: What if I lose my Claim Number?
A: No Problem, simply give us a call, email us, or simply show up and one your hosts will look it up for you.
Q: Do I need to be on time?
A: We respectfully ask that you arrive to your Pink Apron Showcase on time. It is good to arrive 10 minutes prior to your show time to complete a few surveys and to get to know your hosts, plus we go over the gift package at the very beginning of the showcase...and you don't want to miss the details!
Q: How long does the showcase last?
A: Typically our showcases last between 75 to 90 minutes.
Q: Does my Fiancé have to come?
A: Yes, this is a couple's event. We want to build great customers and we strongly believe both of you need to get every question answered about your gift package as well as spend some time as a couple preparing for the day after your wedding...the beginning of your life together as Husband and Wife
Q: Do I need to laugh at the jokes in the Showcase?
A: Yes, if you do not laugh or have fun, your host’s feeling will be hurt and he/she will slow down from the depression and your show will last longer.
Q: Should I eat before I come?
A: Yes, that’s a good idea. Several of our hosts allow you to sample some of the items they prepare during the Kitchen and Recipe portion of the Showcase but it is most likely that it will not satisfy a large appetite. Make it a Date night. Go to dinner before or after your show, come spend sometime with your hosts, have a few laughs, learn a lot about your home, cooking, dining and entertaining, and enjoy thinking about your future and a Husband and Wife.
Q: Who do I call if I lose directions?
A: Buy a GPS! Just kidding...we don’t sell those (ha ha). Simply call our office and they will help you arrive on time. If you are going to be severely late, 15-20 minutes, we will gladly reschedule your appointment
Q: Is this High Pressure?
A: No, the only thing you may observe is our hosts’ genuine excitement we each have about the products we represent.
